White Cane Day celebrates the achievement of students who are blind and recognizes the importance of this mobility tool that not only plays a critical role in making them independent but also gives them an identity.
On the occasion of *White Cane Day 15th October, 2020, Durgabai Deshmukh College of Special Education, University of Delhi and The Blind Relief Association, Delhi* are organizing a *Webinar* _*'White Cane- My Independence, My Identity'*_ as per the given details :
