Pantiss DMFx team - We have done a mining skill gap study in 09/08/2021 in Kaniha block at Angul.
We have visited 100 houses in this two days.
There are so much difficulty for gainful employment.
1. Lack of adequate skill
2. Lack of proper education
3. Lack of adequate information about jobs
4. Difficulty to get jobs in local areas
