The scurrying to get in line for assembly on time, evading the discipline members. Wiping the shoes on our pants and feigning a fake fainting episode to escape the long lectures in the morning prayer. Shouting "Gooooooooddd morninggggggg maaaaaaam" and trying to steal precious minutes of the period. The only things we looked forward to were lunchbreaks and PT periods. Some tried to carve our names on the trees, whilst some worked day and nights to get their names on the school roll of honour. Substitution periods were spent by bribing the honest class monitor and maths was spent by looking at our wrist watches. From diving into lunch boxes and putting our life on the line for house matches. School was everything.

In a blossoming tree called 'Life' Parents are our gardeners, nurturing us through the trials and tribulations of nature.
Friends are our Sunshine, infusing life into us. In the absence of which the plant wilts.
Teachers are our roots, tethering us to the ground by imparting good values and humility.
But we felt that our sprightly young teachers deserved a better representation.
So here are all of them in the bright hues of green, full of life and vigour.

The Alumni team had a great time interacting with the current students of class XII. The team elaborated on various courses available and a small sneak peak into the college life that the students are going to enter.

Overall a day well spent for team as well as the students!

" He who plants a tree, plants HOPE"

The kendriya vidyalaya alumni association with the help of Ainthinai- ஐந்திணை planted saplings in an effort to make the vidyalaya green again post vardha cyclone.

With this we begin our along long list of activities for the year. Stay tuned for more activities in the coming days as we give back to our Alma mater :)
