A tragic incident in Visakhapatnam has left everyone deeply shaken.

A 6-year-old child reportedly collapsed at school following an alleged incident of physical punishment over homework. The child was later declared dead. The exact cause of death is subject to investigation.

No homework, mistake, or behaviour issue is ever more important than a child’s life.

Children need patience, understanding, protection and safe learning environments — not fear or physical punishment.
