*Experiment: Temperature measurement of hot water*
*"To measure the temperature of hot water"*

*Aim:*
To measure and record the temperature of hot water using a clinical/laboratory thermometer and understand the precautions while using it.












*Quick points for the experiment:*
1. *Apparatus:* Beaker, hot water, laboratory thermometer, stand
2. *Precaution:* Don’t dip the thermometer bulb to touch the bottom/sides of beaker. Wait 1-2 min for stable reading.
3. *Observation:* Note the temperature in note book.

*DIY Science Project: Water Dispenser* 💧📦

*How it’s made:*
1. *Materials used:*
- Cardboard box
- Plastic bottle cap on top
- Small plastic tap/nozzle or cut pen refill + straw at the bottom
- Cup to collect water

2. *Working principle:*
- When you *open the top cap*, air enters the box and water flows out from the tap due to *gravity + air pressure*.
- When you *close the top cap*, air can’t enter, so water stops flowing. It works like a pressure-controlled dispenser.

*Science concept behind it:*
This works on *Air Pressure and Gravity*.
- Open cap → Air pressure pushes water down → Water comes out
- Close cap → No air inside → Vacuum created → Water stops

It’s a common school science project to show how water dispensers and bottles work.

Super easy to make at home for a science fair 👍
