🇮🇳✨ 80 Years of India’s Independence Celebrated with Pride at SVIS Andal ✨🇮🇳
Swami Vivekananda International School, Andal proudly celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India with immense enthusiasm, patriotic spirit and heartfelt gratitude. 🇮🇳
The programme began with the ceremonial hoisting of the National Flag by our honourable Chairman SMC Mr Jibon Krishna Roy, the Vice Chairman of SMC and President of Lion's Club ,Andal, Mr Ajoy Kundu and also our Principal Ma'am. As the Tricolour proudly soared high, the entire school campus resonated with a deep sense of patriotism and national pride. The National Anthem further filled the atmosphere with unity, respect and devotion towards our motherland.
Our respected Principal Ma’am Ms Sanchita Mukherjee warmly welcomed everyone and addressed the gathering with inspiring words. She reminded us of the countless struggles, sacrifices and indomitable courage of our great freedom fighters, whose dedication paved the way for the India we proudly call our home today.
She also expressed our deepest gratitude and respect to the brave soldiers serving on the borders, who continue to safeguard our motherland with courage, commitment and sacrifice. 🇮🇳🫡
A disciplined and well-coordinated march past by the school groups added grandeur to the celebration, showcasing perfect synchronization, discipline and respect for the nation. The sight of students marching with pride filled everyone with admiration and patriotic fervour. 🇮🇳
A cultural program presented by the students added vibrant colours to the celebration, featuring patriotic songs and performances that filled everyone with pride and joy. 🎶🇮🇳
We also express our deepest gratitude and heartfelt salute to our brave soldiers guarding our borders. Their courage, dedication and countless sacrifices ensure that our nation remains safe and secure. 🫡🇮🇳
The celebration was not merely a remembrance of our glorious past but also a reminder to the young generation of their responsibility towards the nation—to be responsible citizens, uphold the values of unity and integrity, and work together for a brighter and stronger India.
