Benedict Mar Gregorios, the late Archbishop of Trivandrum and is dedicated to its Heavenly Patron St. John’s School, Anchal, was founded in 1984 by Rev. John, the beloved disciple of Jesus Christ. The School was affiliated to CBSE in 1995-96. The school is owned and managed by the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum. One of the primary apostlate of the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum concerns its ser

vice in the field of education. For the last 82 years, the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum has been rendering excellent service to the society by providing quality education to thousands of students across the nation. Its goal in its educational undertakings has always been something more than the ordinary, something more than the mediocre. Through its educational institutions, the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum has tried to reach out to all sections of people. The educational programme of the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum is guided by principles and the universal values of the Gospels. His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos, the Major Archbishop of Trivandrum is the patron of the School. The School functions under the Malankara Catholic Educational Society, which is a registered society for the unaided CBSE/ICSE schools belonging to the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum. The Syllabus followed in the school is that of the Central Board of Secondary Education. Vision
