Meeting with Class Representatives - Chaired by Worthy Chairman Sir

This is to inform all students and concerned staff that our Worthy Chairman Sir will chair an important meeting with the Class Representatives (CRs) tomorrow.
Details:
Day & Date: Tomorrow, 30th September 2026
Time: 10:00 AM Sharp
Venue: Chairman's Office.
Participants: Class Representatives from Class 1st to Class 9th

Agenda:
1. Discipline & Cleanliness in classrooms
2. Role of CRs in maintaining school decorum
3. Feedback and suggestions from students

Note:
- All Class Representatives must come in proper, neat and clean uniform with ID Cards.
- All CRs must bring their class register / notebook.
- No CR will be allowed to enter after 10:05 AM.
- Class Teachers are requested to ensure the presence of their respective CRs on time.

Your punctuality and discipline will be highly appreciated.

RESPECTED PARENTS & DEAR STUDENTS

Sunday Grooming & Monday Preparedness

This is to inform you that Sunday will be observed as overall Grooming Day for all students.

Therefore, all students are directed to ensure the following on Sunday:

1. Haircut: Students with long hair must get a proper haircut.
2. Nails: Nails must be trimmed and cleaned properly.
3. Uniform: School uniform must be washed and ironed properly before coming to school on Monday.

All students must come to school on Monday in a neat, clean and complete uniform with proper grooming.

Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.

All students are informed that a Marathon Class of Geography will be held today after the examination from 01:45 PM to 03:00 PM.

All class 10th students must bring *Geography Notebook & Rough Notebook with them.

Purpose:
1. Revision in one stretch
2. Doubt Clearance
3. Complete leftover syllabus quickly
