During her recent leave, Sonia, who works in the Housekeeping Department at Radisson, welcomed a special visit at her home in RS Pura, Jammu. Mr. Owais Manzoor , Director at Swale IT & Skills Pvt. Ltd., took time to visit her family, a moment that quietly reflected the values of trust, care, and responsibility that define meaningful skilling initiatives.

Sonia’s journey from RS Pura to Radisson Hotel Group is one of perseverance. Coming from a modest background, entering the hospitality industry was once a distant thought. Through the CSR Program, implemented by Swale I.T & Skills Private Limited in collaboration with The Job Plus and Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council - THSC India , Sonia gained not only technical skills but also confidence and dignity in work.

Meet Krishma Choudhary, a young professional from RS Pura, Jammu, currently working as a Front Office Associate at Radisson Gwalior.
It has been 5 months since she joined, and her journey beautifully reflects how structured skilling and industry-led CSR initiatives can change lives.

When Krishma enrolled in the CSR Training Program under the Radisson Hotel Group CSR initiative, she had limited confidence and was unsure whether she could ever work in a reputed hotel. Through professional training, grooming sessions, soft skills development, and continuous mentoring, she gradually discovered her potential and built self-belief.

Today, at Radisson Gwalior, every day brings new learning. From guest handling to maintaining professionalism and managing responsibilities with confidence, Krishma continues to grow. Her dedication, discipline, and teamwork have earned appreciation from her seniors, motivating her to aim higher.

Empowering Futures | Job Offer Letters Distributed to Trained Youth

A significant milestone was celebrated today as Job Offer Letters were handed over to 20 trainees selected for employment at Radisson Gwalior.

These candidates underwent comprehensive training at Swale I.T & Skills Private Limited Jammu, as part of the CSR initiative of Radisson , in collaboration with The Job Plus and Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council - THSC India

The event was held at Radisson Collection, Srinagar, and was graced by:
