As per the lastest RTI report from the directorate of fire and emergency services department is grappling with nearly 41 percent manpower shortage with 1490 vacant Posts against the sanctioned strength of 3639 posts which clearly means 2149 people are currently running the department whose total creation is 180 fire stations which again clearifies that around 11employees are giving their duties per station which should have atleast 26 in number per station with single vehicular availablity and incase of station's running with 2 vehicles this number should be near about 45 people which again raises question that people lives and property is at its highest risk.
Now the underlined question is that the shortage or the strength that directorate is showing right now is just what has been sanctioned only what about the newly created fire stations against which none of the posts have been created , should we understand this the government of Jammu and Kashmir and fire service department is befooling public by showing newly created buildings to ensure them their safety Just by raising the fire station board at the gate point with Noman there.
if we roughly see and think about it the present strength should have nearly 7200 as per the creation or total number of fire stations which are functional on date, we are conveying both govt and department stop misleading the public with random data .
Now the central message that we are giving to the government and fire service department in perticular is that did you think that we would compromise the scam on the cost of your staff-shortage? Never ,did the directorate try to address or admit that government to go for the another recruitment to make us eligible for nothing in reality, don't forget we are aware completely of your every unripen and unfruitful move ,our voices with our efforts are way stronger than your criminal policies and these bloody gestures ...

Round the corner discussions are going on weather CAT or on ground who are going to get justice from administration and to my opinion it should be the CAT as they have proven their struggle from the begining and still they are in continues fight for their rights....but the usung question remains same if the administration is going to give justice and if so when??

FIRE SERVICE SCAM....LMES IT LLP is the same recruitment agency which the Department of Fire & Emergency Services of J&K was defending in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). At that time, officials from the department, including the Administrative Officer to the Director General and other petty officials, stated in their rejoinder that this recruitment was conducted fairly by the said agency. Now, where are those officials? Can they bring back our lost years, which they sold for a few lacs? This department gave us nothing but painful experiences and memories that none should forget. Whatever misery we faced, we endured it with strong determination and gradually emerged from pain and depression. But their misery, Insha Allah, will be endless.
