To whom we teach and for whom we recruit new teachers.
When children were admitted in private schools.
Yes the lock down has forced the parents to rethink over the trend of buying education very dearly when it is available free of cost in govt schools.
As the extended lock down has drained all money from the people leading to the souring up of water bills, electricity bills, medical bills, construction expenditure bills, school fee bills, agricultural bills and the list is long..and more grave iz the banking loans of small and large business units..
So if you want govt jobs in education sector then rush your children to govt schools or don't put the blame on highly qualified and professionally trained RETs who really supplied their oxygenated blood to the otherwise locked abandoned and forgotten schools of the state and brought them down from the ventilation beds.We need encouragement not disrespect and defaming us for the petty intersts.Yes the entrepreneurs of the Valley found their money and capital safe by doing investments in Education sector rather than establishing big steel and iron plants, electrical equipment, communication, transportation and other heavy machinery manufacturing areas and thus the private schooling culture affected the PTR(pupil teacher ratio)
Since last couple of years govt schools see an upward trend in their enrollment curve which is a good sign for the teachers and for the thousands of unemployed youth as well. Some people feel that we have made those schools our own property NO we just took the caring responsibility of those institutions and we take more care of them than our own houses.if that is the case do transfer us so that others will take our place.

Why are Ret Teachers being deployed to HSS / HSs ,winter camps ? Why are they being selected as ZRps ,crps ,Blos etc ?
Let you check the roll of those Schools where Rets are posted and do check those where your superior teachers are posted then you will get the clear picture in black & white .If Education dept is still surviving it is only because of rural Schools and you must know who teach there .You must know who are currently doing their best in community Schooling .
Rets have sacrificed their precious five years of their prime youth for the upliftment of poor class and in return education dept finds it way .The Scheme was framed by the then govt back in 2002 when most of the villages were without Schools and the innocent children were busy in feeding cattles ,making money out of hard works ,and these Ret teachers got them admitted in govt Schools and such children were given the Knowledge of A,BC at that time when it was too tough the reasons are best know to everyone and there was no aspirant with B.Ed and M.Ed even at Zonal level at that time .
Back then the govt introduced this Ret Scheme wherein 12th was set as minimum Qualification .Those students who were having good grades & marks in 12th & B.A were given opportunities and they joined the dept and actually they ruined their careers by opting this job as they were told that after five years you will be regularised as Glts .Bright Students left their studies at mid way and worked on the meagre salary of rs 1500 which later depts forgets .
They gave their blood to this dept and the literacy rate got improved particularly in rural areas and in return the concerned dsek humiliated these hard working teachers .I know those who spit venom and spread hate today were not even eligible at that time in terms of merit .Today if anyone is having B.Ed ,M.Ed ,PG in their pockets he/she thinks that the man with same degrees teaching in govt Schools is not at par with them .How disgusting ideology it seems ۔
Believe we have seen each and every thing in this dept till date and we the know our worth very well and if you dare to insult us let you then prove yourselves in the field on the basis of the performances of our students in every aspect .Lets check the results of these teachers every year and see the difference .Now talk on facts.
Lets put the status aside for a while and talk on the results of those schools were Ret teachers are posted .
Before 2015 no teacher was selected on the basis of written tests rather all were selected on the basis of Marks, percentage no matter where from they have got these degrees .
The documents of Rets were verified hundred times till date and every time they were found valid & genuine still some ill minded persons are talking in air without knowing the truth .

With warm Regards .
