On the occasion of International Nurses Day 2026, the students of MTIN-CHARUSAT organized impactful community awareness activities at the Urban Health Centre, Nehrubaug and New Bus Stand, Anand.

A Role Play on heatstroke, emergencies and first aid was conducted to educate the public about the causes, warning signs, prevention and immediate management of heat-related emergencies. Students also organized a Health Exhibition on heatstroke and associated health problems, promoting awareness on staying safe during extreme heat conditions.
As part of the awareness campaign, students demonstrated the preparation of Homemade ORS and shared practical health tips to encourage hydration and prevention of heatstroke among the community.
Through these meaningful initiatives, the students showcased the true essence of nursing - serving, educating, and caring for the community.

On the occasion of International Nurses Day, the students of MTIN-CHARUSAT at PP Unit, Anand, organized a Counselling Booth for Patient Education on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and a Role Play on Heatstroke Prevention in urban areas of Anand.
The activities focused on spreading awareness about hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, healthy lifestyle practices, and heatstroke prevention.

This International Nurses Day, MTIN-CHARUSAT students honored our profession at Civil Hospital, Nadiad.

They brought nursing history to life through a role play on Florence Nightingale and the origins of nursing. Then they brought smiles to patients with Wellness Cards carrying messages of hope.

Thank you to our students for showing that nursing is both a proud legacy and a living service to the community.
