Dear Students,
The future of the World belongs to this generation. As you may be aware, the population of Gen-Z youth of India will out beat other countries' youth populations in the coming years. During this apt time, the Government of India (GoI), Ministry of Education has come out with the National Education Policy-2020 (NEP-2020) with the approval of the Union Cabinet. The NEP-2020 is more students friendly with a lot of flexibility in terms of credit transfers, curriculum, skills, access, multi-disciplinary etc., In order to understand the NEP-2020, number of webinars are being conducted by NAAC, Universities, Colleges, State Governments, etc., across the country, as informed by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
I am glad to share with you all that the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is organizing a programme on NEP-2020 titled "Aacharyadevo Bhava" on 11th September 2020 Friday at 6.00 pm in a Virtual mode. Hon’ble Minister of Education, Govt. of India, Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank Ji will be addressing all the students and teachers of our country.
I am pleased to convey that it would indeed be a privilege to listen to our Hon’ble Minister of Education. In addition, eminent academicians, scientists will also be participating in the programme.
