School Trip to Drizzling Land Gaziabad

The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was successfully conducted on Thursday, 21 May 2026 in the school premises with the objective of strengthening communication between parents and teachers and discussing the academic progress, discipline, and overall development of students.

The meeting witnessed an enthusiastic response from parents, who attended in large numbers and actively interacted with the teachers. Class teachers and subject teachers shared detailed feedback regarding students’ academic performance, classroom participation, attendance, behaviour, and areas requiring improvement.
Teachers discussed students’ strengths and suggested effective strategies for improvement in weaker subjects. Parents were informed about the importance of regular attendance, timely submission of homework, disciplined behaviour, and active participation in school activities.

Special attention was given to students requiring academic support. Teachers guided parents on how they can assist their children at home by ensuring proper study schedules, revision habits, and a positive learning environment.

Parents appreciated the efforts of the school and teachers in maintaining academic standards and ensuring the holistic development of students. They also shared valuable suggestions and feedback, which were noted for future improvement.

The meeting proved to be highly productive as it fostered better understanding and cooperation between the school and parents for the benefit of students’ overall growth and success.

The PTM concluded on a positive note with parents expressing satisfaction and gratitude towards the school management and staff for their continuous support and dedication.

A heartfelt farewell ceremony was organized at St. Mary’s Convent School, Gandhupal to bid an emotional adieu to our respected Principal, Manager, and Accountant, who has rendered dedicated and selfless service to the institution.

The programme was conducted with great respect and gratitude in the presence of the school staff and members of the management. The event commenced with a prayer service seeking God’s blessings for Sisters' future endeavors and expressing gratitude for her years of committed service.

The staff members shared their memories and experiences, highlighting her remarkable leadership, discipline, dedication, and constant encouragement towards academic excellence and institutional growth. Her guidance and visionary approach have played a significant role in shaping the school into a centre of quality education and moral values.

Several cultural presentations and speeches were delivered by the teachers as a token of love and appreciation. The heartfelt words and emotional moments reflected the deep respect and affection everyone holds for her.

In her farewell address, Sr. Jesline expressed her gratitude to the staff and management for their cooperation, support, and dedication throughout her journey. She encouraged everyone to continue working with sincerity and commitment for the betterment of the students and the institution.

The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by refreshments. Though it was difficult to bid farewell, the school family cherishes her invaluable service and wishes her good health, happiness, and success in all her future endeavors.

We pray that Almighty God blesses Sister abundantly and guides her in every step ahead.

The Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026–27 was conducted with great enthusiasm and dignity at St. Mary’s Convent School, Gandhupal.

The event aimed to formally confer responsibilities on the newly elected Student Council and instill in them a sense of leadership, commitment, and accountability.

The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome, followed by a prayer seeking divine blessings for the newly appointed leaders. The school campus was beautifully decorated, creating a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere.

The highlight of the ceremony was the Oath-Taking Ceremony, where the newly elected Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, Vice Captains, and other council members pledged to uphold the values and rules of the institution with sincerity and dedication.

The oath was administered with solemnity, reflecting the seriousness of their responsibilities.
This was followed by the badge and sash distribution, where dignitaries and respected members of the school bestowed the insignia of leadership upon the council members.

The House Flag Handover Ceremony symbolized the transfer of responsibility and trust, inspiring students to lead their respective houses with pride and integrity.

The Principal addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of discipline, teamwork, and leading by example. The message encouraged the young leaders to serve selflessly and uphold the school’s motto, “Let Your Light Shine.”

The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the management, staff, and students for making the event a grand success. The Investiture Ceremony truly marked the beginning of a new chapter of leadership, responsibility, and excellence for the student council.

An Inter-Religious Prayer Assembly was solemnly conducted by Sarojini Naidu House to promote the values of unity, harmony, and mutual respect among students.

The assembly aimed to instill a sense of secularism and appreciation for the diverse religious traditions that enrich our society.

The programme commenced with a brief introduction highlighting the importance of interfaith understanding in today’s world. Students then presented prayers, hymns, and readings from different religions, including Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, and Sikhism. Each prayer was delivered with sincerity and reverence, reflecting the core message of peace and brotherhood common to all faiths.

The presentation was further enhanced by meaningful thought messages and short explanations that emphasized the universal values of love, compassion, and tolerance. The students of Sarojini Naidu House displayed commendable coordination and dedication in organizing the assembly.

The assembly concluded with a message encouraging everyone to uphold the spirit of unity in diversity and to respect all religions equally. The efforts of the house were appreciated by the teachers and the school leadership.
