SSSS College of Commerce for Women successfully conducted the Second Session of its Specialized Skill-Building Bootcamp Series on August 22, 2026, fostering career awareness, financial literacy, innovation, and practical learning among students. 🌟

💼 Employability Skills Bootcamp
Coordinated by Dr. Samriti Kapoor, Ms. Mamta & Ms. Aanchal, the session featured our proud alumna CA Shilpa Gupta, who guided students through the CA journey and highlighted the exciting career opportunities in Chartered Accountancy.

💳 FINTECH Bootcamp
Coordinated by Dr. Tina Vohra & Mrs. Ravneet Arora, the session by Mr. Shamsher Rana focused on banking operations and practical financial literacy, including digital banking and essential banking documentation.

🚀 Entrepreneurial Skills Bootcamp
Coordinated by Mrs. Harpreet Kaur & Mrs. Monica Chhabra, students participated in an engaging Idea Generation Workshop using the SCAMPER Model to identify problems, develop innovative ideas, and reimagine products and services.

Together, these interactive sessions empowered our students with career clarity, financial confidence, practical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset—preparing them to become the leaders of tomorrow. 🌱✨

SSSS College of Commerce for Women, Amritsar, continues its commitment to industry-relevant learning, practical exposure and future-ready skills with the launch of three specialized bootcamps on August 8, 2026.

With an overwhelming response of 195+ student registrations, the initiative offers progressive learning opportunities across three academic stages:

💰 FinTech Bootcamp – Sem I
Students explored financial literacy, financial planning, risk assessment, saving habits and informed decision-making with Mr. Shamsher Rana, Founder of Rana Investments, Certified Financial Planner and CNBC TV18 Financial Advisor Awardee.

💡 Entrepreneurial Skills Bootcamp – Sem III
Through interactive activities, self-assessment and a live bakery stall by alumna Ms. Aastha, students experienced product display, customer engagement and micro-business management while transforming their passions into potential business ideas.

🇮🇳 Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat 🇮🇳

On August 2, 2026, the students and staff of SSSS College of Commerce for Women, Amritsar, actively participated in an Oath Ceremony under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, pledging to stay away from drugs and spread awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse.

👏 Principal Ms. Harpreet Kaur Uppal appreciated the enthusiasm and active participation of everyone, encouraging them to contribute towards building a healthy, empowered and drug-free society.
