A farewell party was organised in the campus of Ashok Vatika Public School to bid adieu to the students of 10+2 class of session 2023-2024. The students of +1 class and teachers welcomed the students of +2 and presented a speech and welcome song. They organised multiple fun games for their seniors and awarded the winners with prizes. They also performed numerous cultural items on songs. The students and teachers came in colourful and decorative dresses to be a part of this function. They were judged with different titles on the basis of their performances in ramp walk, as Mr. Handsome -Prabandeep Singh, Miss Elegant Aditi, Miss Scientitia Anumeet Kaur, Mr.Ashok Vatika – Krishna Mahajan and Miss Ashok Vatika -Loveleen Kaur. The students and teachers also enjoyed sumptuous meal in the party and danced on the beat of songs.
The Principal ma’am, Mrs.Anchal Mahajan, also motivated the students to work hard to achieve great heights in life. She wished them all the best and gave valuable advice to be motivated and dedicated towards studies to successfully achieve their goals. The students were also offered the memorable farewell gifts by the school. At this , the students were quite emotional to remember their time in the school. The function left the beautiful memories for all.

The starting point of all achievement is desire. If one has the desire to succeed, one surely will. Keeping this in mind and to boost the morale of the students,Ashok Vatika Public School held Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony in the school premises. It was the time to applaud and reward the students for their sincere efforts during the previous academic sessions. The students who proved their mettle in sports activities under various competitions were also honoured for their brilliance.
The ceremony commenced by invoking God's blessings.The awards, trophies and certificates were conferred upon the well deserving Vatikans by the honourable Commanding Officer of ITBP Mr.Romesh Bhatia , Principal Mrs.Anchal Mahajan, Chairman Mr.Ashish Mahajan and the other members of the management. It was indeed a proud moment not only for the recipients but also for their parents who had been invited to partake in the glory of their children's success . The Principal Mrs.Anchal Mahajan motivated the winners to go ahead to achieve their heart's desire. She went on to remind them to continue to uphold the values that are such an integral part of the institution.She appreciated the efforts put in by the students and the faculty for their overall performances and wished for them to come through with flying colours in future too.

The school bade adieu to the outgoing class 12 (Batch 2022-23) by organizing a farewell party. The class 11, being the host greeted the guest class, with wonderful reception. The students presented captivating , stupendous performances and had a buffet of games to involve all the students of class 12.The pupils dressed in fancy attires, made a great impact during modeling rounds. They enjoyed and danced to their heart's content and selected students were conferred upon various tags. Krish sabharwal got the tag of Mr. Ashok Vatika. Vanshika Piplani and Tarundeep Kaur bagged the title of Ms. Ashok Vatika. Title of Mr. Handsome was bagged by Shivankit . Mehakpreet Kaur got the title of Ms. Elegant. Gurpreet Kaur was selected as Ms. Scientia. The principal ma'am wished all the students of class 12 good luck for their future and students also delivered valedictory speech recalling their best spent days in the school and paid gratitude towards their teachers and principal ma'am for being constant source of encouragement, guidance and positivity.
