From classroom concepts to real-world challenges.

The EMBA Office, IIM Amritsar, was delighted to welcome Dr. Pavan Soni, Innovation Evangelist and a leading voice in Design Thinking and innovation, for an engaging session with the EMBA 06 cohort during their first Campus Immersion.

The session went beyond frameworks—challenging participants to rethink problems, question assumptions, create solutions and apply design thinking to the complexities of the workplace.

This is what we aim to anchor through the EMBA experience: industry-led, action-oriented learning that connects management concepts with the realities of leading, innovating and creating impact in organisations.

🚀 EMBA-06 | And we’re off!

We are delighted to welcome the 6th Batch of the Executive MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar with their first campus immersion!

The immersion began on an inspiring note with an expert interaction by our esteemed alumnus Mr. Rakesh Magotra, EMBA-01, who shared his experiences and insights with the new cohort—bringing alive the power of our growing EMBA alumni network.

The cohort also engaged in thought-provoking sessions with our faculty, creating opportunities to learn, reflect, question and connect beyond the workplace.

As EMBA-06 begins this journey, we look forward to seeing these professionals learn from each other, challenge their perspectives and grow into more purposeful leaders.
