National Handloom Day Celebration at Narayana e-Techno School, Blue Valley, Amritsar
Celebrating India’s rich textile heritage, our young learners enthusiastically observed National Handloom Day at Narayana e-Techno School, Blue Valley, Amritsar. As a part of their Life Skills Program, the children explored the fascinating art of weaving, gaining hands-on experience and understanding the patience, creativity, and craftsmanship involved in creating beautiful fabrics.
Adding more colour to the celebration, the little artisans participated in an engaging Block Printing Activity, where they experimented with traditional printing techniques and created vibrant patterns with great excitement and joy.
The day was a wonderful blend of learning and creativity, helping students appreciate the invaluable contribution of Indian artisans and the timeless beauty of our handloom traditions. Through these enriching experiences, our learners developed respect for craftsmanship while connecting with the cultural roots of our nation.
