Tata Motors, Pune hosted an Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM) Workshop for leaders across its senior management team, including Vice Presidents, Senior managers, and Medical doctors.
The workshop introduced participants to Amma's unique meditation technique that combines gentle yogic stretches, breathing practices, and meditation to promote holistic well-being.
In today's fast-paced corporate environment, leaders are constantly required to make critical decisions, manage high-performing teams, and navigate complex challenges. The workshop highlighted how regular meditation can help cultivate mental clarity, emotional resilience, and inner calm, enabling leaders to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively in demanding situations.
Participants experienced the guided IAM practice and learned how integrating just 20 minutes of meditation into their daily routine can significantly reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, enhance emotional intelligence, strengthen decision-making abilities, and foster compassionate, value-based leadership.
The session concluded with an interactive discussion, during which participants shared their reflections and expressed appreciation for the practical and scientific approach of IAM.
Mr Pramod Choudhary, Vice President - Operations for Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles said, “It's a wonderful program to de-stress, and the way it was conducted was excellent. Although we had attended other meditation programs before, this technique was different. It included stretches, breathing techniques, and other unique elements. We would love to have more sessions and hope that even more participants can attend next time."
"I have practiced many yoga techniques, but the IAM workshop was different. The instructors patiently explained each step and sequence, making it easy to understand and remember. The flow of the practice was excellent. I sincerely thank the instructors for conducting such a wonderful session. I believe this practice will help us remain calm, become better individuals, and lead more balanced lives. All of us should continue practicing and take this learning forward." , said Neeraj Agarwal, Plant Head, Tata Motors, Pune
As Amma reminds us: "The benefits of meditation are never lost. They will always remain with you, ready to bear fruit at the right time."
The workshop served as a meaningful step towards promoting holistic well-being and conscious leadership, empowering leaders to cultivate both personal excellence and professional effectiveness through the transformative practice of Integrated Amrita Meditation.
