We are delighted to share that the “R&D Awareness and Capacity Building” event was successfully conducted on 6th April 2026 at Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology & Research, Badnera.

The Research & Development Cell (R&D Cell) & Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology & Research, Badnera successfully conducted an *“Innovation to Commercialisation Boot Camp”* at the Incubation Unit, SGBAU Amravati on 25th March 2026.

Post Budget Webinar 2026–27

The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), PRMITR Badnera successfully conducted a MIC Driven Activity for faculty members and students on 9th March 2026.

The session featured the Post Budget Webinar 2026–27 on the theme “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of People”, highlighting the address by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.

The webinar provided valuable insights into the Union Budget 2026–27, focusing on inclusive growth, innovation, and national development. Faculty members and students actively participated and gained a deeper understanding of the government's vision for the country's progress.

Such initiatives by IIC PRMITR Badnera aim to promote awareness, policy understanding, and engagement among students and faculty towards building a Viksit Bharat.

International Women’s Day Celebration at PRMITR, Badnera 🌸

PRMITR–Badnera, under the initiative of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), proudly celebrated International Women’s Day with great enthusiasm and inspiration.

We were honored to have Mrs. Sheetal Metkar, Founder, Director & CEO of Utkal Nritya Niketan, Amravati, as the keynote speaker. Ma’am delivered an insightful and empowering talk on how women can become stronger, confident, and self-reliant in today’s world. Her words truly motivated and inspired the students.

A special highlight of the event was the classical dance performance presented by Mrs. Sheetal Metkar along with Prof. Rashmi Wadwekar, which beautifully conveyed the spirit of women’s strength and empowerment.

The program was inaugurated by Dr. S. S. Deshmukh, Dean Academics and Vice President of IIC. The event was graced by the presence of Prof. J. N. Ingole, Head of Women’s Cell, PRMITR–Badnera, and Dr. Ankit Mune, Convener of IIC.

The successful and smooth conduction of the program would not have been possible without the dedicated support of Prof. Minal Nistane, Dr. Nilima S. Dandge, Dr. Komal Hole, and Dr. Pranita Deshmukh.

The Institution's innovations council PRMITR-Badnera in collaboration with the Women’s Entrepreneurship Cell proudly organized a special program on the occasion of World Science Day under the inspiring theme:
“Women in Science: Catalysing Viksit Bharat” 🇮🇳🔬

We were honored to have Dr. Pranita P. Deshmukh, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE, PRMITR-Badnera, as the esteemed speaker. She shared valuable insights on the vital role of women in science and their contribution towards building a developed and self-reliant India.

The program was inaugurated by the President of IIC and Principal Dr.G.R.Bamnote. The event was graced by Dr. Ankit Mune Convenor IIC, along with other esteemed cell members.
