*Industrial Study Tour*
*Electrical Engineering* final year students visited to load dispatch centre ambazari Nagpur with presence of two faculty members Dr. K S Panpapliya and Dr. M B Tasare

The industrial visit to the *Area Load Dispatch Centre, Ambazari, Nagpur* provided students with practical exposure to real-time power-system operation, load dispatching, grid monitoring, SCADA, frequency and voltage control, load forecasting, fault management, power-system protection and renewable-energy integration. The visit helped students understand how theoretical concepts studied in Electrical Engineering are implemented in the actual power grid.

Industrial Study Tour to ECE Solar India, MIDC Amravati.
*Electrical Engineering Department students visited the new plant of ECE Energy Private Limited at Dhaba.*

*The plant has a capacity of 2 GW and is spread over 40 acres.*
*All equipment and machinery use new technology, and the approximate cost of the machinery is150 crore.*
*Students gained exposure to the different types of solar panel manufacturing processes.*
*They also interacted with industry experts across various departments to understand each stage of production.*
*In addition, they explored the total number of job opportunities and internship opportunities available in the solar industry.*

Add-on course on "Design, Installation and Testing of Different Types of Wirings & Home Appliances" is currently being conducted for second-year Electrical Engineering students. The course is being delivered by Mr. Atul Dighade, Alumni of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Director, ACS, Amravati. A total of 47 students have enrolled in the programme. The course is designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and hands-on training in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of various electrical wiring systems and home appliances, while emphasizing electrical safety, industry-standard practices, and skill development to enhance their professional competence and employability.
