Shukoor Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Ambur Shukoor Matriculation School was opened by Janab Haji Abdul Shukoor Sahib at 2000. The main objectiv This school was opened in 2000-2001.

The main concept of opening this school was to give Islamic instructions with general academic studies. The first batch of TENTH BOARD EXAMINATIONS was just finished(2010-2011) and got a 100% result. The school was opened as AS-SHUKOOR MATRICULATION SCHOOL, but was later splitted as Shukoor Matriculation School for boys and As-Shukoor Matriculation School for girls.
