Designing for Real Users, Not Just Tech Users
A powerful tool is useless if nobody enjoys using it.
When we started, we focused too much on technology. But authors, ghostwriters, and academic writers reminded us of something critical:
• “I want a clean, simple place to write.”
• “I don’t want to learn ten menus before writing my first chapter.”
• “I want to see reviews clearly, not buried in tabs.”
We realized: UI/UX matters as much as AI models.
That’s why we built clear progress indicators, easy chapter navigation, and feedback summaries anyone can understand. Because the best tools don’t just work—they feel effortless.
Writers: What’s the one feature that makes you love or hate a writing tool?
