This center of education was first established in June, 1965 and it still enjoys the distinction of being one of the few reputed schools affiliated to CBSE Board. ve from time to time won laurels for the Vidyalaya. This quintessential building spread across a sprawling 15 acres of land has aged and awaits renovation. The school presently boasts a humongous number of 1700 students in first shift and 700 students in the second shift. The excellent standards of education set up by the staff, many of whom have been in this Vidyalaya for a long tenure have been instrumental in carving a niche for themselves. Recent trends in education like CMP for strengthening of primary education, Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation, Right to Education Act, Graded Evaluation/Assessment, innovative projects, computer/ technology aided and activity based teaching etc, are used in this Vidyalaya for all round development of the students.
