At the award ceremony held at the Post Office, Ambala Cantonment, on 29 May 2026:
Naitik Kumar (Class IX-D) was awarded a certificate and a cash prize of ₹10,000 for securing Second Position in the competition on the theme 'Letter to My Role Model.'
Sonakshi Sharma (Class VII-C) received a certificate and a cash prize of ₹5,000 for securing Third Position in the same competition.
Their achievement reflects creativity, thoughtful expression, and the enduring value of letter writing. We are immensely proud of their accomplishment and wish them continued success in all their future endeavours.

Mind Tree School organised an enlightening Orientation Workshop for parents on “Parenting in the 21st Century – An Integrated Life Skills Approach for Promoting Positive Mental Health, Resilience & Wellbeing” on 14th May 2026.
The session was led by Geeta Mehrotra, Senior Resource Faculty at Expressions India and a distinguished specialist in Child and Adolescent Health and Wellbeing. Drawing upon her extensive association with organisations such as Central Board of Secondary Education, National Council of Educational Research and Training, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, she shared valuable insights into nurturing children’s emotional strength, social adaptability and mental wellbeing in the modern era.
The workshop encouraged parents to adopt mindful and supportive parenting practices that help children develop confidence, resilience, empathy and emotional balance. The interactive session proved to be deeply enriching, leaving parents with meaningful takeaways for fostering a positive and healthy environment for their children.

Mind Tree School, Panjokhra Sahib, successfully organised a two-day Capacity Building Program on 14th & 15th May 2026 on the theme:
“Integrated Life Skills Approach for Promoting Positive Mental Health, Resilience & Wellbeing – Evolving a 21st Century Paradigm.”
The enriching sessions were conducted by Mrs. Geeta Mehrotra, Senior Resource Faculty, Expressions India – Child & Adolescent Health & Wellbeing. Students of Grades VI–X participated in the interactive workshop sessions held in the school auditorium.
The programme focused on promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience, life skills, and positive mental health among students, empowering them to face challenges with confidence and optimism.

A Royal Tale with a Powerful Message!

Mind Tree School proudly presented the dramatisation of “Ujbak Raja Teen Dacait” on 12 May 2026, inspired by 'The Emperor’s New Clothes'. The event was graced by Mr. Prashant Munjal and Mrs. Meeti Munjal from Tulsi Group of Institutions, whose presence encouraged and inspired the young performers.
The students brought the stage alive with confidence, humour, expressive acting, and vibrant energy. Through a humorous satire, the play beautifully conveyed how obsession with luxury, false praise, and blind admiration can cloud judgment, while emphasizing that a true leader always prioritises the welfare and happiness of the people.
The dedication, teamwork, creativity, and remarkable performances of the students made the presentation truly memorable and meaningful.

Shaping Futures Through Career Guidance

Mind Tree School organised an insightful counselling session on 11 May 2026 for the students of Classes IX and X by Amandeep Kaur from Plaksha University. The session aimed at helping students understand various career opportunities, identify their interests and strengths, and make informed decisions about their future academic and professional paths.
Through interactive discussions and expert guidance, students explored diverse streams and career options available after secondary education. The session encouraged them to stay focused, confident, and open to new opportunities while developing the skills required to achieve their goals.
The enriching experience broadened students’ perspectives regarding future careers and inspired them to work diligently towards their aspirations.

The special assembly conducted on 8 May 2026 by the students of Grades VII and VIII on the occasion of Mother’s Day was a heartfelt celebration dedicated to the unconditional love and sacrifices of mothers. The programme began with confident compering by the students, beautifully expressing the importance of mothers in our lives. A graceful classical dance performance by Grade VIII students added elegance to the occasion, while the melodious group song presented by Grades VII and VIII created an emotional and heartwarming atmosphere. The instrumental music performance by Grade VIII students further enhanced the celebration with its soothing harmony and musical brilliance.

Mind Tree School proudly organised a two-day Hindi Language Workshop on 4 May 2026 and 5 May 2026 for the students of Classes VI, VII, VIII & X. The enriching sessions were conducted under the guidance of the eminent poet Hemant Develkar.
Through inspiring interactions, literary activities, and engaging discussions, the distinguished persona encouraged students to understand emotions deeply and express their thoughts effectively and creatively.
The session filled the young minds with enthusiasm, creativity, and fresh energy while also enhancing their confidence and communication skills. It was truly a memorable learning experience celebrating the richness and beauty of Hindi language and literature.
