OPS Vidya Mandir, Ambala, successfully organized a highly informative and engaging CBSE Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on Disaster Management on June 26, 2026.The eminent Resource persons Dr Vibha Rai and Dr Ritu Bansal conducted the workshop in an interactive and insightful manner, emphasizing the significance of proactive planning, safety protocols, crisis management techniques, and the development of a culture of preparedness. Through real-life examples, case studies, and experiential learning activities, participants gained valuable insights into handling unforeseen situations with confidence and efficiency.
The programme aimed at equipping educators with essential knowledge, practical skills, and effective strategies to prepare for and respond to emergencies and disasters in a systematic and effective manner.

Upholding its commitment to educational excellence and continuous professional development, OPS Vidya Mandir successfully organized an enriching In-House CBSE Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on "Happy Classroom" on June 25, 2026. The highly interactive and insightful session provided educators with valuable tools and innovative strategies to create joyful, inclusive, and emotionally nurturing learning environments.
The programme was skillfully facilitated by the esteemed Resource persons, Ms. Kusum Lata, Coordinator, and Ms. Gurmeet Kaur, HOD English, whose expertise, enthusiasm, and profound understanding of modern pedagogical practices made the session exceptionally engaging and impactful.
Through dynamic discussions, collaborative activities, and reflective learning experiences, participants explored the essence of a Happy Classroom and its pivotal role in fostering students' academic success, emotional well-being, and holistic development. FATHER'S DAY CELEBRATED BY OPSIANS
Father’s Day is a wonderful occasion to honour and appreciate fathers for their love, care, and support. To celebrate this special day, the students enthusiastically participated in delightful activities to make their fathers feel loved and cherished.
The young Opsians prepared special treats with great excitement and creativity. Some students made a healthy and colorful Fruit Bowl using fresh fruits, while others prepared delicious Oreo Truffles. With the guidance of their mothers and grandmothers, the children enjoyed becoming little chefs and creating something special for their dads.
The students carefully prepared their dishes and proudly presented them to their fathers with warm Father’s Day wishes. They also clicked photographs while making and serving the treats, creating beautiful memories with their families. These activities encouraged children to express their love, gratitude, and affection towards their fathers in a meaningful way.
Through this activity, the children learned the importance of showing appreciation and making their loved ones feel special.
