Digital Wellness and Mindfulness Workshop Held at St. Joseph School

St. Joseph School, Ambala City, organised an informative Digital Wellness and Mindfulness Workshop on July 16, 2026, conducted by Brahma Kumari Ms. Parul. The session created awareness among students about the responsible use of digital devices, the benefits and ill effects of excessive mobile phone usage, cyber safety, and maintaining a healthy digital lifestyle.
A meditation session was also conducted to help students improve their focus, reduce stress, and promote mental well-being. The interactive workshop encouraged students to use technology wisely while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
The school management regularly organises such meaningful initiatives to help students become more responsible, aware, and emotionally balanced individuals, preparing them to face the challenges of the modern world with confidence and wisdom.
