Roots Public School organised an **In-House Capacity Building Programme on тАЬGender SensitivityтАЭ** to promote awareness, inclusivity, equality, and mutual respect among educators.
The insightful session was conducted by **Ms. Priyanka Malik**, who sensitively addressed various aspects of gender equality and encouraged participants to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for every student.
The programme was conducted in the gracious presence of **Ms. Keerti, Principal, Roots Public School**, and **Ms. Amarjit Kaur, Head Teacher,C.B.Middle School,B.I.Bazar**, whose presence and encouragement added value to the session.
