“Empowered teachers create empowered learners; continuous learning builds a brighter future.”

A Capacity Building Programme ( CBP) on Python was successfully attended by the IT teachers - Ms Palak,Ms Babita,Ms Shalu and Ms Anajana of S S Little Angels Convent on 19th and 20th August 2026 at P K R Jain Vatika Sr. Sec. School, Ambala City . The programme provided an enriching platform for educators to explore the fundamentals and practical applications of Python in the field of education.

The session was conducted by Professor Pardeep Kumar and Ms. Yogyata Jain who served as the resource persons. They shared their valuable knowledge and expertise through an engaging and interactive session. The resource persons explained the concepts of Python in a simple and practical manner and encouraged the teachers to explore technology as an effective tool for modern teaching and learning.

The hands-on activities and interactive discussions made the session informative, engaging and meaningful.The CBP proved to be a valuable learning experience, promoting continuous professional development and encouraging teachers to embrace innovative and technology-based approaches in education.

On 17 August 2026, the dedicated Art and Craft teachers of S S Little Angels Convent School, Ms. Rimpy Bhola and Ms. Ritika, attended a Camel Art Workshop organised at S.A. Jain Senior Model School, Ambala City. The workshop was meticulously designed to refine artistic proficiency and introduce contemporary methodologies in creative expression.

The session encompassed an enriching blend of theoretical insights and practical demonstrations. Participants were acquainted with diverse art forms, innovative design techniques, and the nuanced application of colours, textures, and patterns to create aesthetically captivating compositions. The workshop also underscored the pivotal role of art in holistic education, emphasizing its integration into pedagogical practices to foster creativity and engagement among learners.

The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign was celebrated with immense enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at S.S. Little Angels Convent School, Machonda (Ambala). Students, teachers, and parents participated wholeheartedly, coming together to honour the spirit of freedom and express their love and respect for the nation.
As part of the celebration, students, teachers, and parents proudly took selfies with the Tricolour and shared their pictures, creating a vibrant display of patriotism, unity, and national pride. The enthusiastic participation reflected the collective spirit of celebrating the festivals of freedom and cherishing the values of unity and patriotism.
The school management and Principal Ma’am appreciated the enthusiastic participation of students, teachers, and parents and encouraged the continued spirit of patriotism and responsible citizenship.

As the nation celebrated its 80th Independence Day, the talented choir of S. S. Little Angels Convent filled the atmosphere with patriotic fervour through a soulful rendition of “Maa Tujhe Salaam - Vande Mataram”, offering a heartfelt musical tribute to the motherland.

With their melodious voices blending beautifully in harmony, the young singers created an atmosphere of pride, devotion, unity, and national spirit. Every note resonated with love for India, while their heartfelt rendition beautifully captured the emotions of a nation celebrating its freedom.

The choir's confident and harmonious presentation reflected the dedication and preparation behind the performance. Their voices rose together as one, creating a stirring musical experience that touched hearts and filled the gathering with a renewed sense of pride in our beloved nation.

As part of the 80th Independence Day celebrations at S. S. Little Angels Convent, our students presented a mesmerising classical dance performance titled “Bharat Ye Rehna Chahiye” — a soulful celebration of love, pride, and unwavering devotion to the motherland.

Through the graceful language of classical dance, the performance beautifully expressed an eternal prayer for the nation — that its values, unity, spirit, and timeless identity may always endure. With exquisite expressions, graceful movements, and captivating synchronisation, the young performers brought alive the emotions of patriotism, sacrifice, unity, and hope.

The performance then blossomed into a vibrant celebration of the Indian Tricolour, with the dancers beautifully expressing the pride and reverence that our National Flag inspires in every Indian heart. The seamless transition from soulful reflection to spirited celebration created a captivating and emotionally uplifting experience.

The performance received resounding appreciation and stood as a beautiful testament to the dedication, discipline, artistic excellence, and patriotic spirit of our young performers.
