On the occasion of International Labour Day, S. S. Little Angels Convent, Machonda proudly organized a joyful and heartwarming celebration dedicated to the invaluable helping staff of the school.
The program began with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony by the Principal Ma’am, symbolizing positivity, respect, and gratitude towards the dedicated staff members.
The event was filled with enthusiasm and joy as various fun games like Ring Race, Balloon Balancing, and a vibrant Ramp Walk were organised to appreciate their efforts beyond their daily responsibilities. The participants showcased great energy, confidence, and sportsmanship, making the celebration truly memorable.
🏆 Winners were felicitated with prizes as a token of respect and gratitude for their hard work and active participation.
The Principal Ma’am addressed the gathering with a powerful and motivational message, appreciating the dedication, sincerity, and contribution of the helping staff. She encouraged everyone to continue working with pride and positivity, reminding all that every role holds equal importance in building a strong and successful institution.
As a gesture of care and appreciation, refreshments along with thoughtful gifts were provided by the school to all helping staff, spreading smiles and happiness among everyone present.

“Green whispers the story of nature’s peace.”

The Kindergarten Wing of S S Little Angels Convent celebrated Green Day with great enthusiasm and joy. The event aimed to create awareness among young learners about the importance of nature and a healthy environment. The tiny tots came dressed in beautiful green outfits, symbolizing freshness, growth, and harmony.

The classrooms were decorated with green charts, plants, and eco-friendly materials. Various fun-filled activities like leaf printing, colouring, and nature walks were organized to help students understand the significance of trees and greenery. The children actively participated and enjoyed every moment of the celebration.

Adding to the excitement, the Star of the Month was also announced and honoured by the Principal.The selected students were awarded with a sash and a crown for their outstanding performance, good behaviour, and active participation in class activities. Their happy smiles reflected their sense of achievement and pride.

The celebration concluded on a cheerful note, leaving a valuable message among the young minds to love and protect nature.

“Joyful experiences become the sweetest lessons of childhood.”

An educational visit to Gurudwara Shri Lakhnaur Sahib was organized for the Kindergarten students of S S Little Angels Convent on 28 April 2026. The visit aimed to familiarize young learners with their cultural and spiritual heritage.

Gurudwara Shri Lakhnaur Sahib holds great historical importance as it is the ancestral village of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s mother, Mata Gujari. Guru Gobind Singh Ji spent a part of his childhood here, and the house in which he stayed was later preserved and converted into a sacred shrine.

During the visit, the students observed the beautiful architecture of the Gurudwara and experienced a peaceful and devotional atmosphere.The students also wholeheartedly enjoyed partaking in the sacred Langar, experiencing the values of equality, humility, and togetherness.The children enjoyed spending time with their friends, which made the visit both educational and fun-filled.

Overall, the trip was a meaningful and memorable experience that combined learning with enjoyment.

“Language is the roadmap of a culture. It tells you where its people come from and where they are going.”

A stage show was conducted on the occasion of English Language Day at S S Little Angels Convent on 23rd April 2026. The event was organized by the English Club to highlight the importance of English as a global language that connects people across different regions and cultures.

Selected students from Grades I to V enthusiastically participated in the presentation. Through their performance, they beautifully depicted how English acts as a medium of communication, linking different states and countries and bringing people closer together. The students showcased their confidence, creativity, and understanding through dialogues and expressions.

The programme was both informative and engaging, leaving a positive impact on the audience. It successfully conveyed the message that language plays a vital role in building connections and promoting unity in diversity.

🌍 “The Earth is what we all have in common—let’s protect it together.”

On the occasion of Earth Day (22nd April), a special assembly was conducted at S. S. Little Angels Convent, Machonda by the students of Classes IX to XII.
The students took a meaningful pledge to keep the Earth clean and green, promising to reduce waste, save electricity, and protect the environment for future generations.
Their words reflected a strong commitment towards building a sustainable and eco-friendly future.
The assembly highlighted the importance of small daily actions such as conserving energy, avoiding plastic, and planting more trees. The enthusiasm and awareness shown by the students inspired everyone present to become responsible citizens of the planet.
The respected Principal Ma’am addressed the students and emphasized that “Earth is not just a planet, it is a home, and its protection is a shared responsibility. Every small step taken today can create a big difference tomorrow.” She encouraged the students to adopt eco-friendly habits in their daily lives and become ambassadors of environmental conservation.

A Proud Moment for S S Little Angels Convent!

The school is delighted to share the outstanding performance of its students in the Grade X CBSE Board Result.

Anvesha secured the top position with an exceptional 95.8% marks. Sahara secured the second position with 93.8%, while Tamanna stood third with 91.2% marks.

In addition, Komal Meena scored 90.8% and Aayush Rawat achieved 90.2%, showcasing commendable performance.

Anvesha also excelled in individual subjects, securing 98 in English, 91 in Hindi, 97 in Science, and 97 in Information Technology. Sahara performed exceptionally well with 85 in Mathematics and an impressive 98 in Social Science. Komal Meena achieved the highest score in Marketing and Sales with 98 marks.

The Principal, Ms. Neelima Khandekar, congratulated all the students on their remarkable success and wished them a bright and prosperous future.

On the occasion of Parshuram Jayanti, a tribute was paid at S S Little Angels Convent to mark the birth anniversary of Lord Parshuram. Harsh*t of Class XC expressed his thoughts in English, while Priya of Class XA spoke in Hindi.

Through their speeches, both students shared insights into the life and principles of Lord Parshuram, portraying him as a symbol of strength, dedication, and justice. Their confident presentation and clear articulation were appreciated by all present.

Parshuram Jayanti inspires individuals to uphold values like determination, respect for duty, and standing against wrongdoing, guiding everyone to become responsible and virtuous citizens.
