An In-House Training Programme on Cyber Safety and Cyber Security was organised at S S Little Angels Convent on 22nd September 2026 to sensitise teachers about the growing importance of safe and responsible use of digital technology. The session aimed to enhance awareness about common cyber threats and equip educators with essential knowledge to ensure a secure digital environment.

The session was conducted by Mr Parveen Kumar, the resource person, who shared valuable insights into various aspects of cyber safety and security. He highlighted the importance of strong passwords, data privacy, safe browsing habits, secure online communication and responsible use of social media. He also guided the teachers on identifying suspicious links, messages and online activities and adopting appropriate safety measures.

The training session was informative, interactive and enriching, providing teachers with practical tips to protect themselves and guide students towards safe and responsible digital practices. The programme reinforced the need for digital awareness, vigilance and responsible online behaviour in today’s technology-driven world.

An In-House Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on the topic “Storytelling as a Pedagogy” was successfully conducted at S.S. Little Angels Convent School on 15 September 2026. The session aimed at enriching teachers’ instructional strategies by integrating storytelling as an effective and engaging teaching tool across subjects.
The programme was conducted by the esteemed resource person, Ms Priyanka Kanwal, who shared valuable insights into how storytelling can transform classroom learning into a more interactive, meaningful, and student-centred experience. She highlighted various techniques to incorporate stories in daily teaching, emphasizing creativity, expression, and emotional connection to enhance students’ comprehension and retention.
The session included practical demonstrations, examples, and interactive activities that encouraged teachers to explore innovative approaches in their classrooms. The resource person also guided the participants on how storytelling fosters imagination, critical thinking, and communication skills among learners.

एस. एस. लिटिल एंजल्स कॉन्वेंट के हिंदी क्लब द्वारा हिंदी दिवस का आयोजन बड़े उत्साह, उमंग और गौरव के साथ किया गया। इस अवसर पर विद्यार्थियों ने हिंदी भाषा के प्रति अपने प्रेम और सम्मान को अभिव्यक्त करते हुए विभिन्न सार्थक एवं प्रेरणादायक दोहों का भावपूर्ण वाचन किया। विद्यार्थियों की मधुर प्रस्तुति, आत्मविश्वास और प्रभावशाली उच्चारण ने कार्यक्रम में साहित्यिक रंग भर दिया।

प्रतियोगिता में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को प्रधानाचार्या मैम द्वारा प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए उन्हें हिंदी भाषा एवं साहित्य के प्रति निरंतर रुचि विकसित करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। साथ ही, उन्होंने कार्यक्रम को सफल एवं यादगार बनाने में मार्गदर्शक शिक्षकों के प्रयासों की भी प्रशंसा की।

A Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on Science was successfully attended by educators of S.S. Little Angels Convent, Ms. Archana and Ms. Neelam, on 12th and 13th September at D.A.V Riverside School, Ambala Cantt. The programme aimed to enhance teachers’ subject knowledge, pedagogical skills and understanding of innovative teaching methodologies.

The resource persons, Mr. Rishi Jain (Physics Associate) and Ms. Shruti (Chemistry), shared their valuable expertise and introduced effective strategies for making Science more engaging and learner-centred. The programme included insightful discussions, interactive activities and meaningful exchanges of ideas. It provided teachers with valuable opportunities for professional development and encouraged them to adopt innovative approaches in the classroom.

The CBP was an informative and enriching experience, fostering continuous learning and professional growth among educators.
