LKG Parentsโ Induction Program At MPS ADHARSHILA
Induction Program for LKG parents was successfully conducted at MPS Adharshila with the objective of building a strong partnership between the school and parents at the very beginning of the childโs educational journey. The session was led by the Headmistress maโam - Ms Jaswant Kaur Sikka, who warmly welcomed the parents and sensitized them about the crucial formative years of early childhood and the enriching learning experiences their children would receive during the foundational years at the school.
During the session, parents were acquainted with the schoolโs vision, philosophy, and child-centric approach towards Early Years Education. Emphasis was laid on the significance of the first seven years of a childโs life, which play a vital role in shaping personality, habits, emotional well-being, confidence, communication skills, and overall development. The Headmistress maโam elaborated on how the school nurtures young learners through experiential learning, joyful activities, storytelling, sensory exploration, play-way methods, and value-based education in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
Parents were also guided about the developmental milestones, classroom routines, emotional readiness, social skills, and the importance of consistency between home and school. The interactive session highlighted the role of parents as partners in learning and encouraged them to create a positive, supportive, and emotionally secure environment for their children at home.
The induction program further provided insights into the curriculum framework, learning goals, co-curricular activities, assessment patterns, and various initiatives undertaken by the school to ensure holistic growth of every child. Parents appreciated the thoughtful orientation and expressed confidence in the schoolโs commitment towards nurturing happy, confident, and responsible learners.
The session concluded on a positive and inspiring note with an assurance of continuous collaboration between the school and parents for the overall development and well-being of the children.
Ms Tamana Rajwanshi, ECE Coordinator expressed heartfelt gratitude to the parents for their valuable presence.

*They Forgot โThe Addressโ of Fear*
*Modern Public School, Bhiwadi Class 12 CBSE 2026*
Some addresses you hold.
Some you leave forever.
Today, our Class 12 batch left behind one address:
The address of self-doubt.
This wasnโt just a result.
This was a chapter from The Address we all lived โ where children returned to find their future waiting, but refused to be trapped by the past. Where mark sheets became rattraps, and our students chose to be the humans who leave the bait behind and walk out as โCaptainโ.
*What the marksheet wonโt show:*
โ The motherโs old tablecloth of sacrifice, spread over every late-night study session
โ The burnt mark of failure they touched, learned from, and moved past
โ The teacher who traded sleep for answer sheets, so a child could trade fear for courage
โ The moment they realized: the world is not a rattrap when you carry compassion as your compass
*What we will remember:*
100% of our children learned to rise after every fall.
Perfect 100s bloomed in rooms where hope was sown daily.
And the word โtopperโ at MPS will always mean โlast one to give upโ.
*To Batch of 2026:*
You came looking for an address to your future.
Today, you became the address for every junior whoโll now say โ
โIf they could, I can.โ
The rattrap broke.
The address changed.
Your story just began.
Results are seasonal. Values are forever.
