🎢 A Morning of Music, Tradition and Learning at Alwar Public School 🎢

Alwar Public School had the privilege of hosting a soulful S**C MACAY cultural programme, giving our students a wonderful opportunity to experience the richness of Indian classical music live.

The programme featured the distinguished Flute Sisters- Vidushi Suchismita Chatterjee and Vidushi Debopriya Chatterjee, disciples of the legendary Padma Vibhushan Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia Ji, accompanied on the tabla by accomplished musician and composer Shri Hiren Chate.

From the soulful notes of the bamboo flute to the intricate rhythms of the tabla, the performance created an atmosphere of attentive listening and deep appreciation. The artists also interacted with students, sharing insights into their musical journeys, the guru-shishya tradition, discipline, practice, and the global journey of Indian classical music.

A beautiful reminder that tradition comes alive when a new generation takes the time to listen, learn, and carry it forward. 🎡

As we celebrated our 49th Founders’ Day, our school came alive with creativity, enthusiasm, and pride through an Inter-House Competition on the theme β€œOne Year to Gold.”
The competition was organised on 5th of August for Group A (Classes IX–XII) and Group B (Classes VI–VIII), with all six houses participating with great zeal.
The beautifully decorated boards and vibrant school spaces reflected our rich legacy and the excitement of stepping into the final year before our Golden Jubilee. The enthusiastic participation of students and teachers truly added to the festive spirit and made the celebration memorable.

*Beyond the Classroom, Into the Real World! Visit to Juvenile Justice Board*
Class XI Sociology and Legal Studies students of Alwar Public School, accompanied by Ms. Aarti Mishra and Mr. Tarun Saini, visited the Juvenile Justice Board, Alwar on 15 August 2026.
The visit offered students valuable insights into juvenile justice, socialisation, rehabilitation and social responsibility.
Connecting classroom concepts with real-life experiences, students reflected on the importance of empathy, reform and second chances.
An enriching experience that transformed learning into understanding, awareness and meaningful reflection.
Because education is not just about knowingβ€”it is about understanding society and becoming responsible citizens.
