💖 Healing the Unseen Wounds 💖

Today, the day was filled with quiet tears, trembling voices, and hearts that spoke their truth.

I sat with our cancer warriors — listening, feeling, understanding the weight of their pain, fear, and silent battles. 🌷

In the stillness, we explored how healing begins — not by resisting the pain, but by embracing it with love.

Through self-acknowledgment, gentle acceptance, and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), we opened doors to release — release of fear, guilt, and the emotions that have long been carried in silence. 🌿

Each participant reminded us that courage is not the absence of pain — it is the grace to sit with it, breathe through it, and whisper to oneself,

It touched my heart and soul when they said,

Jeena to chahte hai par je nahi pare 🥹

Shareerik dard kam hai shayad, lekin jo mun ka dard hai wo kisse kahe? 💔

In between all these lines, their was light of hope courage and acceptance, which whispered,

"Maine Kiya hai, mai kar sakti hu aur karti rahungi" 🥰

“I am enough. I am healing. I am whole"🌹

Today wasn’t just a workshop — it was a journey back to self-love and emotional freedom ❣️

And in that sacred space, healing began — softly, silently, beautifully. ✨
