Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling for stress management and student well-being.
Assist students in career planning, resume building, and placement opportunities.
Organize workshops on professional ethics and soft skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Essential Qualification: LLB Degree and Master’s Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling.
Desirable: PG Diploma in Guidance and Counseling.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of counseling experience in an educational institution.
Key Traits: Empathetic listening, non-judgmental attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
