15 years ago today, was incorporated and brought into existence. 73 countries, 26 publications, 100 schools, & 25,000 students later, we could tell you that it’s been long, hard, and incredibly rewarding. But, this year is our year! And, like in the Latin American tradition, the 15th birthday marks a girl's passage from childhood to womanhood; this year, Logophilia is coming of age. And, that’s all that we’ll tell you just yet. 😎

Yesterday, completed 14 years of changing the world.
14 years in has the unique distinction of being the amount of time for which was exiled. During this period, & his squad faced hardships that they had never hoped they would have to encounter, with them being princely and all.

Logophilia is still pristine. We've boot-strapped our way through 14 years of running a start-up in a city where start-up's are not a thing; in a family where business is not a thing; in a state ( ) where is not a thing.

At 14 years done, we cannot help but relate to the most famous 14-years of India, and ask ourselves the , 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐕𝐀𝐀𝐒 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑?

Today Logophilia turns 14th. Our baby is now a teenager! Should we worry about rebellion then? 🤔 Not with this one! 😍 Organisations are hard to build. But, they mature beautifully. (We'll tell you just the opposite when we start getting stretch marks from scaling this baby! 😎)

No matter how difficult it may have been or may be, we will feel blessed and super, super, super proud to make this happen without professional support or financial aid. 72 countries across the globe are witnessing the Logophilia magic. ✨

We are unrecognisable since the time we first started! Everything has changed. The people who laid the first bricks (and gave Dhruv his first heartbreaks). The schools that we once worked with. The simplistic design "standards". The 12 picnics-a-year affordance! Does that make us feel sad? No! works through natural selection. The weak must fall to give way to the strong. What has not changed is our obsession with all things Logophilia, & our belief in the transformative power of what we do!

Oh, we have a lot of stories to tell you! And. We. Will. 😎

As I look upon of the , I realise this to be one of the most consistent things I have done over the past 13 years! This Winter, I would have done more winter programmes than the years I put into school! Why? ↓

How do you know something is your passion?

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 ↓

The pain will be worth it, even in the long run. You'll be willing to pay just about any cost to get it.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 ↓

■ You'll want to, not just do it all the time, grow in it so you get better & better, & better!
■ You won't look forward to short-cuts
■ You won't be able to stop talking about it, even at the cost of sounding predictable
■ You will know who your worthy critics are, & feedback from them will not make you feel diminished
■ You will invest in it → time, money, energy, opportunity, will, patience, (it's a long list)
■ You won't mind waiting while your people realise this thing's in your life to stay (early criticism will be withstood)
■ You will ideate, fervently, to get better, and better. It'll occupy your mind. Hence, your OCCUPATION of choice.
■ You will be willing to seek improvement in yourself to get better at it (through therapists, psychiatrists, coaches, doctors, engineers). No ego will stop you about this.
■ It will make you happy, even when it makes you miserable.
