*Jagat Taran Golden Jubilee School Hosts Successful Two-Day Capacity Building Programme on Experiential Learning*

Jagat Taran Golden Jubilee School, Prayagraj, successfully hosted a two-day Generic Capacity Building Programme on Experiential Learning on 10th and 11th February 2026, attracting educators from across the city. This initiative, aligned with the Central Board of Secondary Education's (CBSE) emphasis on innovative pedagogy, fostered professional growth and equipped participants with practical strategies for transformative teaching.
The programme featured two distinguished resource persons. Prof. Dr. JPN Mishra, former Professor and Dean at the Central University of Gujarat—a luminary in experiential education—illuminated how 'learning by doing' creates lasting impact on young learners' minds. He advocated participatory learning environments that engage students actively, promoting deeper retention and application of knowledge.Complementing this, Dr. Anoop Kumar, Principal of Sri Ram Convent School, Varanasi, an eminent educationist, underscored the importance of Triple H coordination—Head, Heart, and Hand—for holistic learner development. He guided teachers on crafting lesson plans centred on Bloom's Taxonomy's three domains: Cognitive (knowledge and thinking), Affective (attitudes and values), and Psychomotor (skills and actions). This approach bridges conceptual gaps, ensuring clear idea formation in young minds.
The sessions were further enriched by perspicacious observations from our esteemed Principal, Ms. Sushmita Kanungo, who posited that learning is an interminable process wherein educators' competencies ought to be perpetually refined so as to empower succeeding generations of learners with efficacy.
The programme's triumph owes much to the dedicated school management, whose meticulous planning ensured seamless ex*****on, interactive sessions, and valuable takeaways for all participants.
