Thought of the day

30/09/2020

*"Every problem has a solution, right?"*

We all face ups and downs, some downs can be rough and excruciating.
And these downs are inevitable, they are such an integral part of life.
The unpredictability of the mishappenings catch us unawares, we think that we are too ill-equipped to deal with them.
*_Is there any book or any program that teaches you how to face such setbacks?_* 👉🏻 *Meet with Incredible Councillor RASHMI SAHA*

Well even if there was I am sure most of us won't opt for it, because sometimes its the hope in uncertainty that gets you going and makes life the interesting fickle creature it is.
For us dealing with a loss is extremely difficult.
It can be the loss of a romantic relationship, breaking up with friends, not being on good terms with the family or losing your doggo. It's often the preconceived notion about the loss that hurts you more than the loss in itself.
Might you always used to think that experiencing a loss would make vulnerable, feel empty and lost, like a complete failure.
What helps though is having a strong support system through counselling. However, which built over time, it requires nurturing and care.

Today NCCMITRA organised a webinar with Capt(Dr) Sunaina Singh where she shared her journey, experience and vision with our participants. She emphasized on the importance of work ethics, right planning, clarity of thoughts and hard work to achieve our goals. Besides, she stressed on the importance of extra curriculum activities like sports, dance etc in shaping up our personalities. She insisted to keep on pursuing our passion as it's achievable through our perseverance only. NCCMITRA, along with it's members, thanks her wholeheartedly to spare her time for us from her busy schedule and hope that she'll continue to enlighten and guide us in the future too.
