Interesting Fact-

The term “Man Friday” comes from the classic novel Robinson Crusoe (1719) written by Daniel Defoe.

In the story, the main character Robinson Crusoe rescues a man from a group of hostile natives on a Friday, so he names him Friday.

🌟🎤 SPEAK SMART, NOT LONG!

🌈 Tips to Avoid Rambling 🌈

---
🔵 1. 🎯 Know Your Destination

Before you speak, know exactly where you’re heading.

🟢 2. 🧩 Plan Your Points

Pick 2–3 ideas. Everything else is extra.

🔴 3. ✂️ Keep it Short & Sweet

Short lines = strong message.

🟣 4. 🧘 Pause, Breathe, Reset

Pausing makes you sound confident, not confused.

🟡 5. 🚫 Bye-Bye Filler Words

Cut out “umm…”, “like…”, “actually…”

🟤 6. 👀 Look Up, Not Down

Eye contact keeps your mind focused.

---

💙 7. 🐢 Slow Down, Superstar

Fast talking leads to long talking.
Take your time.

💚 8. 📝 Use Tiny Notes

One or two keywords per point—nothing more.

💗 9. 🎧 Hear Yourself Speak

Record, listen, improve. Magic.

💜 10. 🔍 Stick to the Topic

If your point is a tree,
don’t start exploring the whole forest!

---

🔶 11. 🛑 Stop When You’re Done

Once the idea is explained—move forward.

🔷 12. 📏 Use the “One Breath Rule”

If a sentence needs two breaths,
it’s too long—break it!

🔸 13. 📚 Give Only ONE Example

One good example is better than five scattered ones.

🟪 14. 🔄 Practice “Start–Stop–Start”

Talk for 20 seconds → stop → continue.
It trains your brain to stay on track.

---

💖 15. 🧠 Think Before You Speak

A tiny 2-second mental plan
saves you from a long ramble.

💛 16. 😊 Keep a Friendly Smile

A calm face brings calm thoughts.

💚 17. 🎨 Use Simple Words

Big words confuse. Clear words connect.

💙 18. 🌟 End With a Quick Wrap-Up

One line that closes your idea neatly.
