All Ph.D. guys its a request, its high time we should demand hike in our fellowship. Everywhere and everything has been priced up by government. Even other central govt. State govt. Employees are getting hike in their pay scale. We should together start a movement till we achieved our goal. Starting from each and every institute and every PhD people should think about it. And lets start a movement.
