As part of UDAAN – An Emotional Health Program, Don Bosco Academy, Alirajpur, in association with Prafulta, invites Middle Section Parents (Classes 6–8) to a meaningful Parent Counselling Session with Deepal Jain, Counselling Psychologist. 🌱

Together, let’s understand our children better, strengthen parent–child relationships, and nurture their emotional well-being, confidence, and resilience. 💕🧠

💙 Three sessions. Hundreds of students. One meaningful journey of self-discovery.

Over the past three days, Don Bosco Academy, Alirajpur, in association with Prafulta – Centre for Psychological Wellness, successfully conducted a series of Student Counselling Sessions under UDAAN – An Emotional Health Program for students of Classes 5th to 12th.

✨ Classes 5th & 6th explored emotions, self-awareness, and confidence with Ms. Aarohi Parakh.
✨ Classes 7th, 8th & 9th experienced creative self-expression and emotional growth through engaging sessions with Ms. Vridhi Soni.
✨ Classes 10th, 11th & 12th were guided by Mrs. Rinky Jain, who inspired students to build resilience, emotional strength, and healthy coping strategies.

Each session encouraged students to understand themselves better, express their emotions confidently, strengthen relationships, and develop essential life skills for a brighter future.

A heartfelt thank you to Prafulta, our dedicated resource persons, our teachers, and our enthusiastic students for making this initiative truly meaningful.
