Manipur Students’ Association Aligarh (MSAA) is pleased to announce that, through the collective efforts of AMU–Alumni Association of Manipur (AMU-AAM), Mohd. Mustapha, Provost/Warden-in-Charge, Allama Iqbal Boarding House for Senior Secondary School (Boys), AMU, and Firoz Janab Khan, AMU Manipuri Alumnus based in California, USA, *AMU has approved for a Entrance Test Centre in Imphal, Manipur.*

With this development, students from Manipur will no longer be required to travel outside the state to appear for the AMU Entrance Examinations for *Class XI and various Undergraduate programmes.* This initiative marks a significant step towards improving accessibility to quality education and easing the logistical and financial burden on aspiring students and their families.

MSAA extends its sincere gratitude to Uncle Mohd. Mustapha, Firoz Janab Khan, and all members of AMU-AAM for their dedicated efforts and unwavering support in making this achievement possible.

The MSAA Calendar for the year 2026 has been released officially🚨

The Manipur Students’ Association Aligarh (MSAA) successfully organised a Disquisition Meet on the topic "2nd Nupi Lal" today at the Kennedy Auditorium Lawn, AMU. The discussion led by MD Umar Faruque, Research Scholar, Department of History, AMU, and MD Nurul Islam, MA History and former President, MSAA, focused on the often-overlooked role of Meitei Pangal (Manipuri Muslim) women in the Nupi Lan movement and emphasised the urgent need for their rightful recognition by the Nupi Lan Celebration Committee.

The session was followed by an interactive question-and-answer segment from the participants, which contributed to the overall success of the meet.
