A famous Industrialist-philanthropist, of Aligarh district, Late Seth Tika Ram Ji offered his land and created a trust by the name of Hindu Girls Education Society, on 11 Dec. This page is for uploading the activities and achievements of college and its sister concerns. College is dedicated to women education. It took its birth as a middle school on Ist July 1936 and soon it developed as a High School and in July 1944 as an Intermediate School. In 1957 it expanded to provide higher education as Sri Tikaram Kanya Mahavidyalaya. Now after more than 50 years it has come out as the premiere education centre for women.
