Mahindra Auto Quotient (AQ) has been engaging auto enthusiasts from the engineering and management fraternity for the past six years. Through this time, it has established its position as India's largest automotive quiz for students to showcase their passion about the world of automobiles. Regional Final rounds and National Finals aired on NDTV 24x7 & NDTV Profit received a viewership of 25 Lacs across India winning it the prestigious Indian Television award for Best Quiz in 2010.

1. There will be a written test on the 8th of December, followed by the City finals and then at the NDTV studio.
2. Teams of two members will register, there will be no registration fees
3. Registration forms are available at the TPO office or with student coordinators beginning Monday, the 30th of November.
4. No branch, year or course limitations for registrations.

The last session saw a considerable dip in attendance, partly due to lack of information about the Wednesday session. As such all the activities planned had to be postponed.
So, do come in large numbers tomorrow and help us continue to help you grow! :)

Scheduled activities include:
*A talk/ppt on how to prepare a good cv/resume
*CR interviews for the remaining first year classes
(A1A and A1C already completed)

From Thursday we begin the post Mid-Semester sessions. Join us in large numbers like before as we welcome you back after the break! :)

Also coming up: Mock Interviews!

These interviews will be for everyone who attends Ingenious Solutions and not just the Class Rep. aspirants. More details about the date and timings of the Mock Interviews will be announced later.
(The dates haven't been finalised yet owing to a plethora of holidays and thus a shortage of time in the coming weeks)

Students who have applied for the post of Class Representatives, however, will be selected on the basis of these interviews and they are required to be in formal dresses for their interview, as and when it is announced.

TCS Workshop -- Pre-Final Year BTech/BE/MCA Students -- 14 Oct 2015

All those wishing to appear for TCS Campus Placement drive in 2016 should attend.

Important: While registering, please provide your name EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the certificate.

PS: Students participating in the workshop shall be given benefit of attendance for all classes held during the duration of the event.

An interesting feedback we got and we'd like to share it with you:

"Have you read dainik jagran or amar ujala? These days the words used by students are exactly those low quality ones that are used in these third class journals, newspapers and magazines. When you couldn't change this it means you failed. The students dont know how what formal dressing is. In Interviews they appear with some friend's blue shirt tugged in only in the front over the skin tight jeans with pointed black leather shoes- is this what you teach them at the forum?? Talk about speaking? They are worse than a 5th grade student in answering "tell me about yourself". What improvement did u guys do? This comes after if he is able to open his mouth. You have created a bunch of cowards who can yell on facebook but are mute infront of interviewers."

1. The basic speaking skills, pronunciation, vocabulary is learned by a student in his primary schooling. At college level, we are here to furnish your current skills, however rusty they may be. Once again, we DO NOT give vocabulary classes, but we do suggest our members to read novels and magazines to improve their vocab. :)

2. Every student of the college is not a member of Ingenious solutions, so relating the fact that 'some' students don't wear proper clothes during interviews, to failure of Ingenious Solutions seems a mild case of jaundicing. :) (We haven't yet organized a mock interview drive this session)

3.Pointed leather shoes are actually OK in a formal placement drive.

4. We don't find anything wrong in borrowing your friend's shirt. :)

5. We are just starting. :) We took up the mantle only this session. We hope to improve the students gradually and we are not rushing. If at the end of the session you have the same complaints, feel free to 'feed us back' again. :)

Since the mid-semester exams are approaching, the activities of the club are put on a hold, and will be resumed after mid-sems.
