تَقْدِيمٌ مُمَيَّزٌ مِنْ طَالِبِ دَارِ الحِكَمِ يَرْوِي مَوْقِفًا خَالِدًا مِنْ يَوْمِ أُحُدٍ يُبَيِّنُ عِظَمَ رَحْمَةِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ. فَبَدَلَ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ عَلَى مَنْ آذَوْهُ وَأَسَالُوا دَمَهُ الشَّرِيفَ، كَانَ يَمْسَحُ الدَّمَ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ وَيَقُولُ بِكُلِّ رَأْفَةٍ: «اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِقَوْمِي، فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ».

പ്രവാചകൻ മുഹമ്മദ് നബി (സ) ക്ക് സമ്മാനമായി ലഭിച്ച കറുത്ത വസ്ത്രമണിഞ്ഞ് നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ "എന്നെ കാണാൻ എങ്ങനെയുണ്ട്?" എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ ആയിഷ (റ) നൽകിയ സ്നേഹം നിറഞ്ഞ മറുപടി: "അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ റസൂലേ, അങ്ങയുടെ പ്രകാശം കൊണ്ട് ഈ കറുപ്പ് വസ്ത്രത്തിന് പോലും ഒരു പ്രത്യേക ഭംഗി തോന്നുന്നു..."

مَوْقِفٌ خَالِدٌ يُجَسِّدُ أَعْلَى مَرَاتِبِ الرَّحْمَةِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ وَالعَفْوِ عِنْدَ المَقْدِرَةِ، حِينَ وَاجَهَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ قَاتِلَ عَمِّهِ حَمْزَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فَعَفَا عَنْهُ وَقَبِلَ إِسْلَامَهُ رَغْمَ مَرَارَةِ الفَقْدِ وَأَلَمِ الجُرْحِ.
