Hey, friends the second semester for the current academic year would be starting now and as we all know this semester is the one in which most of our college events and activities takes place.
Taking into account all those aspects, here is a calender
for the events we are planning to conduct in the department in this semester. If anyone has any suggestions over the same, they can post it over here.

The Industrial Visit for TE(E&TC) for this academic year is under planning now and as per the process who-so-ever is interested to come for the same will have to submit a parents consent letter as soon as possible.
The tour would be going to Bangalore-Mysore-Otty(could be varied a bit) , and the approx expenditure would be about Rs.6500/-(approx) .
Kindly, take a print of the consent letter(also available at xerox centre) from the link provided below and take your parents consent signature on it and submit it to your respective CR's on or before 31st Oct 13', so that we can move ahead with the process of permissions from the college.

As you know friends that we are planing an industrial visit in the next semester, so for that we would be needing the final count for interested students who would like to come for the same.
The tentative destination would be Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty or Bangalore-Goa and the approximate expenditure per head would be around Rs.6500/-. Interested students please give their names urgently to their respective representatives.

As a part of the academic calendar of TE E&TC, we are planning to have an 'INDUSTRIAL VISIT' in the next semester.
However, the initiative of the same should be taken by the TE students. So, there would be a meeting of the students who are interested to be the volunteers for the industrial visit and take active participation in planning and executing the industrial visit.
The meeting is on 23/8/13 at 1:00pm in R.no: 303.
All the interested students are requested to be present over there.

Take pride in being an indian, but don't forget that a country is made better only when its citizens act !!!
A country can't be made perfect by merely sitting infront of
a television and commenting on the bad situations in and around you...!!!

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO ALL!

We are planning for a 'DEBATE COMPETITION' to be held in this or coming month. We would love to have the topics to come from your end!!
The topic could be either based on technical subjects or they could be entirely non-technical(but related to current affairs). So, please provide us with your valuable inputs by dropping your topics as comments.
The entire process-flow of the competition would be released once the topics are final.

The result of the same would be announced during ' ETSA INAUGURATION '.
