**GRANNIE'S KITCHEN*
๐ฅ๐ฅ PASTA ๐ฅ๐ฅ
#(Without Maida n Cheese๐ง๐ง)
_INGREDIENTS_:-
1) Wheat Flour - (1cup)
2) Besan - (1 cup)
3) Jowar Flour - (1 cup)
4) Oil - (3 tsp)
5) Tomato Ketchup ๐
- (5 tsp)
6) Red Chilli sauce ๐ถ๏ธ- (2 tsp )
7) Sliced - Onion ๐ง
, Capsicum , Carrot ๐ฅ
8) Finely Chopped Garlic ๐ง(5-6 cloves) n Ginger ๐ฅ
9) Oregano
10) Salt to taste ๐ง๐ง
_STEPS_:-
1) Take a mixing bowl , add all the flour + 1 tsp oil + salt to taste n mix it well ; Make a bit stiff Dough than regular Chapati dough n nead it well for 4-5 min ; Apply oil n cover it with Damp cloth for 10 mins
2) After 10 mins nead Dough again for 3-4 mins
3) Make Balls Of Dough n Roll down pasta sheets if needed sprinkle some wheat flour , just thickness like regular normal Chapati ; n cut out rectangle of 0.5 ร 1.5 cms
4) Take one rectangle n press them in between your Thumb n index finger ๐ค๐ค to shape it like butterfly ; make it n place them in large plate so that they don't stick , make all in shape n keep it around for 20 mins
5) Take a bit big utensil in it boil water , it should be really high in Temprature now add salt + 1/2 tsp oil n add pasta ;
Cook pasta for 7-8 mins on medium flame
6) Strain boiled Pasta n wash immediately with cold water n strain gain
7) In Pan heat 1 1/2 oil , On high flame add Sliced veggies + Ginger + Garlic , Sorte it for 3-4 mins on high flame
8) Add Red chilli sause + Kectup + Oregano n sorte it for 2-3 mins on medium flame
9) Add cooked Pasta n 1 tsp water n salt , mix it well , n cook on medium flame for 2-3 min
10) Yummy Creamy Delicious Pasta Without any Fats is ready ๐๐

THE PROTEIN BOWL!
Welcome To ZERO FAT PLATES By Grannie's Kitchen!

๐ฒ Protein Bowl ๐ฒ
INGREDIENTS :-
1) Sprouts boiled (1 bowl)
2) Groundnuts๐ฅ(2 tsp)
3) Finely Chopped Onion ๐ง
n Tomato ๐
( each 1)
4) Spices for Groundnut -
- Red chilli Powder๐ถ๏ธ
(1/2 tsp)
- Dhaniya powder (1/3 tsp)
- Garam masala (1/3 tsp)
- Aamchur Powder (1/2 tsp)
- Salt to taste ๐ง๐ง
6) Oil for roasting Nuts
(1tsp)
7) Desi Ghee ๐ง -
(1/2 tsp)
8) Finely chopped -
Green Chillies (2-3) Ginger๐ฅ๐ฅ
9) For Granishing - Finely chopped fresh Coriander ๐ฅฌ , Grated Kaccha Aam๐ฅญ n Beetroot , Handful of Pomogrante seeds
STEPS :-
1) Add nuts to pan n roasted it for 10 mins on low flame till it turns light brown
2) Empty it in a Bowl n peel off it's skin by rubbing in between your hands n Discard the skin
3)In Pan take Oil heat it on high flame , Lower the flame add nuts n sorte it for a min , add all Spices n salt to taste
4) In Pan heat the Desi Ghee n add Green chillies + Ginger and Sorte it ; Add boiled Sprouts to it , Sorte it for 5 mins n add salt to taste
5) Empty Sorted Sprouts in mixing Bowl n add nuts + onion + tomato + chat masala and mix it well
6) Granish it with some Grated Kaccha Aam , Beetroot , Freshly chopped Coriander n Pomogrante n sprinkle some roasted jeera masala powder
7) Fully healthy n Delicious Protein Bowl ๐ฒ๐ฒ is ready !!
