Takshila Academy witnessed an engaging Group Discussion on “Privatisation of Space: A Leap for Mankind or a Risk to Global Security?” today.

The discussion gave our students a platform to explore a thought-provoking issue, present diverse perspectives, think critically, and confidently articulate their views. Their enthusiasm and impressive speaking skills truly made the session enriching and inspiring.

A Journey Through History, Heritage & Science ✨

Yesterday, the students of Takshila Academy embarked on an exciting and inspiring Freedom Tour & Science City Visit, where learning came alive through history, heritage, creativity, teamwork, and scientific exploration. 📚✨

🏛️ The Residency, Lucknow
The day began at The Residency, where students explored the historical events of the Revolt of 1857 and learned about the important role played by the Residency during that period. They also visited the museum and explored stories and artefacts that preserve the rich history of Lucknow. 📜🏺

🎭 Drama & Role Play
To make history more engaging, students presented a drama and role-play based on historical events at the Residency. This interactive activity helped them experience history beyond textbooks and connect with the events in a meaningful and enjoyable way. 🎬👏

🚩 Capture the Flag
The students then participated in the exciting team game “Capture the Flag.” The activity encouraged teamwork, communication, strategic thinking, leadership, and coordination. 🤝🧠🏆

🏰 Constantia – La Martiniere College
The journey continued to Constantia at La Martiniere College, where students witnessed its magnificent architecture and explored its historical and cultural significance. 🏛️✨

🔬 Regional Science Centre
The final stop was the Regional Science Centre, where students stepped into the fascinating world of science. Through the SciMax Show, they explored the prehistoric world of dinosaurs and learned about human evolution and the story of life on Earth. 🦖🌍🔬

✨ Overall, the day was a wonderful blend of history, heritage, creativity, adventure, teamwork, and science, giving students an opportunity to learn, explore, experience, and grow beyond the classroom. 🎓🌟

Art with a Purpose | Shivalaya Ghat Project

The students of Class 7-B transformed the walls of Shivalaya Ghat into vibrant expressions of art, culture, and devotion as part of their project on Shivalaya Ghat under the guidance of Ms. Hera and Ms. Parul.
Through their thoughtful murals and creative artwork, the students not only showcased their artistic talent but also contributed to the beautification of the local surroundings. Their efforts were warmly appreciated by the local community and created a visible, positive change in the area.
This initiative beautifully reflected the values of creativity and teamwork.

A Nation’s Pride, A Generation’s Promise — Independence Day 2026

Takshila Academy proudly celebrated the 80th Independence Day under the theme “Viksit Bharat – Young Minds, Strong Nation.”
The celebration featured the Flag Hoisting, National Anthem, Lighting of the Lamp, Prayer Dance, Welcome Song, Chief Guest’s Address, Patriotic Song, vibrant House Dance Performances, Student Speech, and Patriotic Skit.
The programme concluded with the Felicitation of the Chief Guest, Award Distribution, and Vote of Thanks, celebrating the spirit, talent, and achievements of our young learners.
