Today in our college a kitchen practical was done by the students and which four types of salad were made by the students in our institute in which salad name potato salad with garlic potato salad with onions fruit chaat fruit chat with cream, were made in four ways practical the all students enjoyed a lot under the supervision of the production faculty this type of practicals are done daily in our Institute those four salads were tested by all the faculty and salad was really beautiful and very tasty to eat.😊😊👌

26th August 2022 queen mary's Institute of Hotel Management which is in Ajmer. We went for a picnic with all the students in Pushkar Serene Aravali Spa & Resort, students enjoyed a lot there and they learned some things related to hotel and our institute director sir told them good things about hotel and college and we got them practical by our faculty . Like Food and Beverage Service, Housekeeping Food and Beverage Production and Front Office and we came back institute and the students went back to their homes and they did a great job...
