courses for Plectrum Guitar and Violin. Cable is used to teach students the feel of a 'real piano' as opposed to electronic keyboards with plastic keys and light weight action. An Yamaha U1J acoustic piano is also available to be used for recital and examinations. We can proudly say that we are the only private music school in Mizoram that teaches using an acoustic piano! All instruments are taught using standard notation and follow a formulated syllabus which prepares students for exams under all leading UK examination boards such as Trinity College London, Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and London College of Music. The teachers at the school has completed Guitar and Piano Grade 8 Practicals in Music Performance under Trinity Guildhall. Zonunmawi Music School is the first in Mizoram to host and organize Trinity College London PRACTICAL exams in Aizawl and is currently the registered centre in Aizawl for Trinity College London.
