Prepositions are small but very important words in English. They help us tell when, where, and how something happens. Though they look easy, they are often confusingβespecially in exams and spoken English.
Letβs understand them step by step π
πΉ 1. What are Prepositions?
Prepositions are words used before a noun or pronoun to show:

π Place
πΆ Movement
π Example: in the room, on Monday, to school
β° 2. Prepositions of Time
These tell when something happens:
at β exact time
π at 5 oβclock
on β days & dates
π on Monday
in β months, years, long periods
