Mizoram University Engineering Entrance Examination 2020 (MZUEEE-2020)

Admission for first semester of 4 year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Degree course in: Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

Eligibility:- A candidate who has passed the higher secondary or 10+2 (Class XII) Examination or its equivalent from any recognized board having secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST candidates) shall be eligible for admission in B.Tech. Those appearing in the higher secondary or 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination in 2020 may also appear in MZUEEE-2020 provisionally.

Date of Birth:- Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1995 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PWD candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1990 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate only will be taken as authentic.

Syllabus: As per JEE (main)-2020.

Admission for Lateral entry in 3rd semester of B.Tech Degree course in:- Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. (Subject to availability of seat)

Eligibility:-

3 year diploma holder in engineering in relevant branch with a minimum of 60% (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST candidates) marks may apply for lateral entry. Those appearing in the final examination in 2020 may also appear in MZUEEE-2020 provisionally.

Interested candidate may apply online through online admission portal of Mizoram University website https://mzuegov.in/mzuadm/ on payment of Rs. 700/- (Rs. 350/- for SC/ST Candidate).

Date of Entrance Examination : 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on 19.08.2020.
Announcement of Result : 20/08/2020 (Regular and Lateral Entry).
1st Counseling : 20/08/2020 and 21/08/2020 (Regular and Lateral entry)
